Jean Duncan

Ms. Duncan was married to Jack Duncan whose grandmother recalls fondly how much she loved shopping at Sylvan Corners. She lived to 105. One of her pastimes was riding in her old jalopy on Greenback, knowing the term “greenback” refers to money and how she’d be looking around every corner for some greenback dollars that might be laying around.

Jack had been Mayor of Citrus Heights, formerly known only as Sylvan and Jean had been instrumental in initiating the incorporation of Citrus Heights.
